Frequently Asked Questions
You may shift in your belongings to our facility on the same day as your enquiry (during office opening hours). However, when you do decide to move out of our care, we only ask for fourteen days notice, and we will refund the unused storage charges.
The minimum period is a day, and you are welcome to place your items with us for as long as you want.
To ensure the privacy and security of our customers items, we will not allow visitation of the storage facility. To retrieve your items, please book an appointment and we deliver the items right at your doorstep.
Unfortunately no. But rest assured that Storage Space provides industrial grade boxes, it is highly heavy-duty to protect and store your items securely. This standardisation allows both storage and cost efficiency, which will be beneficial to you.
After you have booked an appointment with us, Storage Space will send a site surveyor to determine how many boxes you will need. The first delivery of packing materials will be free, but subsequently, it will be chargeable of $25 per trip and there will be an additional fee for the boxes. Do take note that our box dimension is 58cm x 38cm x 38cm.
Storage Space takes privacy and security as our utmost priority. Your safety when visiting our storage space and the security of your valuables is extremely important to us. There are CCTV and 24/7 surveillance in our Storage Space facility. It is also clean, well-lit and most fundamentally, safe.

Our professional movers and covered trucks will arrive at your doorstep with the necessary gears, such as boxes, cartons and stretch films to protect your items while moving.
Storage
All of your valuable items will then be stored in our storage facility that is under 24/7 surveillance which is closed off to the public.
Delivery
Want your items back? Book an appointment with us and our delivery team will bring it back to your doorstep. We also offer packing, dismantling and disposal services suited for your needs and demands
